Otto de Bont brings a wealth of experience to the table. Formerly the CEO of Renewi, he’s known for his transformative leadership in high-tech and sustainability sectors. His resume boasts executive roles at industry giants like United Technologies and General Electric, both in the U.S. and Europe. De Bont also serves on the Board of Advisors for Energy & Materials Transition at TNO, showcasing his commitment to innovation. With an MSc from the University of Twente, he’s well-equipped to steer Thales Netherlands toward its ambitious goals.

In his new role, De Bont will spearhead Thales’ strategic and operational initiatives in the Netherlands.
